The world most compact Bit Error Rate Tester for 100 Gagabit Ethernet is now available. The high performance and cost-effective test instruments come with some smart features which helps user to test their components or transmission systems in production and R&D. The BERT supports 100 GBASE-R4 at 25Gbit/s and ITU OTL4.4 at 28Gbit/s on four lanes. The applications are

C-BERT

The C-BERT is a quad 25 to 28 Gb/s Bit-Error-Tester (BERT) with a built in reference clock, PRBS generator, error counter and clock data recovery (CDR) unit. The pattern generator and the error detector are in one single compact 19” chassis. The C-BERT has an internal high stable, low jitter clock generator which makes an external clock unnecessary.
